מדיניות פרטיות – יוניסף ישראל

מסמך זה מתאר את מדיניות הפרטיות של הקרן הישראלית למען יוניסף (ע״ר 58513406)‎
(להלן: “העמותה”, “אנחנו” או “יוניסף ישראל”), ומסביר כיצד אנו אוספים, משתמשים, שומרים ומגנים על מידע אישי של משתמשים, תורמים, מתנדבים וכל גורם אחר הבא עימנו במגע.

העמותה רואה חשיבות רבה בשמירה על פרטיותך ופועלת בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ״א-1981, לתיקון 13 לחוק ולתקנות מכוחו.

בעצם שימושך באתר https://www.unicef.org.il, או ביצירת קשר עם העמותה בכל דרך אחרת (טלפון, דוא״ל, טפסים, דיוור, פגישה וכדומה), את.ה מביע.ה את הסכמתך למדיניות זו.

1. סוגי המידע הנאסף

1. פרטי זיהוי: שם מלא, תעודת זהות/מספר תורם.

2. פרטי קשר: טלפון, כתובת דוא״ל, כתובת מגורים.

3. פרטים כלכליים: פרטי תרומה, העדפות תרומה.

4. מידע על שימוש באתר: דפים שנצפו, פעולות שבוצעו, זמן שהייה, הפניות וכדומה.

5. מידע טכני: כתובת IP, סוג מכשיר ודפדפן, מערכת הפעלה, ספק אינטרנט.

6. מידע נוסף: כל פרט שתבחר.י למסור לנו ביוזמתך (למשל בהודעות או פניות).

מידע סטטיסטי או אגרגטיבי שאינו מזהה אדם איננו נחשב “מידע אישי”.

2. דרכי איסוף

• מידע שאת.ה מוסר.ת ביוזמתך (תרומה, הרשמה, פנייה).

• מידע הנאסף אוטומטית באמצעות Cookies, pixels, logs וטכנולוגיות דומות.

• מידע שמתקבל מצדדים שלישיים (כגון: חברת סליקה, ספק CRM, מערכות דיוור, Google Analytics, Meta Ads).

3. מטרות השימוש

העמותה משתמשת במידע לצורך:

1. מתן השירותים וביצוע תרומות.

2. ניהול קשר עם תורמים ומתנדבים.

3. שליחת עדכונים, הודעות ותכנים שיווקיים (רק בהסכמה, וניתן להסרה בכל עת).

4. ניהול, תחזוקה ושיפור האתר והשירותים.

5. עמידה בחובות החוקיות, לרבות רישום תרומות ודיווח לרשויות.

6. הגנה על זכויות העמותה והגנה מפני תביעות.

7. לצורך מטרות אחרות שלשמן ניתנה הסכמה מפורשת.

4. הבסיס החוקי לעיבוד המידע

העיבוד נעשה באחד או יותר מהבסיסים הבאים:

• הסכמתך המפורשת;

• קיום חיוב חוקי (למשל דיווח לרשויות המס);

• אינטרס לגיטימי של העמותה (כגון ניהול פעילותה, קשר עם תורמים, שיפור שירות).
  באפשרותך לבטל את הסכמתך בכל עת, בכפוף לחוק.

5. מסירת מידע לצדדים שלישיים

תרומות באמצעות האתר מתבצעות באמצעות מערכת סליקה חיצונית ומאובטחת,
המופעלת על-ידי ספק שירות מורשה העומד בתקני אבטחת מידע PCI DSS.
בעת הזנת פרטי האשראי שלך בטופס התרומה, הנתונים נשלחים ישירות לספק הסליקה ואינם נשמרים או נגישים לעמותה.
העמותה מקבלת מן הספק אישור על ביצוע התרומה, הכולל את סכום התרומה ופרטי זיהוי כלליים (כגון שם וכתובת דוא"ל),
אך לא את נתוני האשראי עצמם.

אנו עשויים למסור מידע אישי ל־:

• ספקי שירות מטעמנו (סליקה, CRM, אחסון ענן, שירותי דיוור וכדומה);

• יועצים מקצועיים (עורכי דין, רו״ח);

• רשויות אכיפה או רגולציה כאשר הדבר נדרש על-פי דין;

• אם העמותה תעביר או תמזג את פעילותה לגוף אחר — הגוף החדש יהיה כפוף למדיניות זו;

• אך לא נעביר מידע לצדדים שלישיים למטרות שיווקיות שלהם ללא הסכמה מפורשת.

העברה מחוץ לישראל

מידע עשוי להישמר בשרתי ענן בחו״ל (למשל AWS או Google Cloud). העברות כאלה יבוצעו רק למדינות בעלות רמת הגנה נאותה או בכפוף להסכמים מחייבים לשמירה על פרטיותך.

6. Cookies וטכנולוגיות מעקב

העמותה עושה שימוש בקבצי Cookies לצורך תפעול האתר, מדידה ושיפור הביצועים.
בנוסף, אנו משתמשים בכלי אנליטיקה (כגון Google Analytics 4) ובפיקסלים של Meta.
ניתן לשנות את הגדרות הדפדפן כדי להגביל או למחוק Cookies, אולם פעולה זו עלולה לפגוע בחוויית הגלישה.
המשך שימושך באתר מהווה הסכמה לשימוש זה.

7. דיוור ישיר

אנו שולחים הודעות ועדכונים רק לאחר הסכמה מפורשת או בהתאם להחרגות שבחוק התקשורת (סעיף 30א).
בכל הודעה יופיע קישור להסרה מיידית מרשימת התפוצה.

8. שמירת מידע ואבטחתו

המידע נשמר לפרקי זמן הדרושים למטרות שלשמן נאסף, בהתאם לחובות הדין.
לדוגמה: נתוני תרומות יישמרו 7 שנים לצורכי דיווח חשבונאי.
עם סיום המטרה או לפי בקשתך — המידע יימחק או יעבור אנונימיזציה.

העמותה מיישמת אמצעי אבטחת מידע פיזיים, ארגוניים וטכנולוגיים מתקדמים, לרבות הצפנה, ניהול גישה מוגבלת, ביקורות אבטחה תקופתיות, וחתימה על הסכמי סודיות עם עובדים וספקים.

9. קטינים

האתר והשירותים אינם מיועדים לקטינים מתחת לגיל 18.
אם נודע לעמותה שנאסף מידע על קטין ללא הסכמת הורה או אפוטרופוס — המידע יימחק מיידית.
הורה או אפוטרופוס רשאי לפנות לעמותה לבירור או מחיקה.

10. מימוש זכויות נושא המידע

בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, באפשרותך:

• לעיין במידע אודותיך;

• לבקש את תיקונו או מחיקתו;

• להתנגד לעיבוד המידע;

• להעביר את המידע לגוף אחר (ככל שניתן טכנית).

הגרסה המעודכנת תפורסם באתר ותצוין בה תאריך העדכון האחרון.
המשך שימושך לאחר עדכון המדיניות מהווה הסכמה למדיניות המעודכנת.
